Apple has scaled back its hardware shipment plans this year because of memory shortages, according to analyst Ming-chi Kuo. The cutback may affect the iPhone 18 series and Foldable iPhone Ultra releases in September. Kuo says Apple plans processor production at TSMC based on expected memory availability. Apple has not released a statement on this matter.
Bloomberg reports Apple's redesigned iPhone Pro models with a glassy look remain on track for next year, contradicting Jefferies' claim that the all-glass iPhone was scrapped.
