Prada unveils inner-layer garment for NASA astronauts
Italian fashion house Prada and Axiom Space unveiled a jointly developed liquid cooling and ventilation garment (LCVG) for NASA's Artemis IV moon landing mission, scheduled for early 2028. The LCVG circulates cold water through embedded tubes to cool astronauts, supplies oxygen, and directs CO2 to a scrubber. It will be worn beneath the outer AxEMU shell, unveiled in 2024.
