Suspect in Virginia deputy's killing captured in North Carolina
Michael Puckett, 55, waived his right to a court-appointed lawyer at an extradition hearing and awaits transport to Virginia. He is charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of Carroll County Deputy Logan Utt.
