Army sergeant in court for insider trading on Polymarket
A federal judge set a tentative Dec. 7 trial date for U.S. Army Master Sgt. Gannon Ken Van Dyke, accused of using classified information to profit $400,000 on Polymarket bets related to the Maduro raid. Van Dyke pleaded not guilty to charges including insider trading and wire fraud. Defense lawyers plan to file a motion to dismiss the indictment by July 31.
