Jackson Hole home values surge up to 2,000% in 30 years
A new analysis by the Viehman Group shows Jackson Hole, Wyoming, home values have risen up to 2,000% since the mid-1990s, far outpacing the national average of 300%. The highest gain was a Spring Creek Resort home that sold for $525,000 in 1996 and $10.95 million in 2024. Scarcity from protected lands drives the surge.
